Product Introduction
Inconel 725 alloy is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength and fatigue strength. Its chemical composition includes nickel, chromium, molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, iron, zirconium, carbon and other elements. Among them, the nickel content is about 55%, the chromium content is 19%, the molybdenum content is 8%, and the aluminum and titanium content are 1% and 2.75% respectively.
Inconel 725 alloy has excellent high-temperature properties and can operate stably for long periods at temperatures up to 650°C. In addition, the alloy has excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature fatigue strength. Its tensile strength can reach 150ksi at 700℃, which is enough to meet the use requirements under high temperature and high intensity working conditions.
Due to its excellent properties, Inconel 725 alloy is widely used in aerospace, chemical industry, oil and gas extraction and other fields. In the aerospace field, Inconel 725 alloy is mainly used to manufacture turbine engine components, combustion chamber components, turbine blades, blade rings and boosters. In the fields of chemical industry, oil and natural gas extraction, Inconel 725 alloy is mainly used to manufacture equipment, valves, pumps and other components in corrosive environments, such as pipelines, valves and other equipment for submarine oil wells.
