904L stainless steel seamless pipe is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel with low carbon content. It has good corrosion resistance in dilute sulfuric acid and is specially designed for environments with harsh corrosive conditions. High chromium content and sufficient nickel content. The addition of copper makes it highly resistant to acids and, in particular, to chloride crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Not prone to corrosion spots and cracks, and resistant to spots. Its corrosion resistance is slightly better than other steel types, it has good processing performance and welding performance, and can be used in pressure vessels.
2205 duplex stainless steel seamless pipe is a duplex stainless steel composed of 22% chromium, 3% molybdenum and 5-6% nickel nitrogen. It has high strength, good impact toughness and good overall and local resistance to stress corrosion. Compared with 316L and 317L austenitic stainless steel, 2205 alloy has superior performance in resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. It has high corrosion resistance. Compared with austenite, its thermal expansion coefficient is lower and its thermal conductivity is higher.
2507 is a ferritic-austenitic (duplex) stainless steel that combines many of the beneficial properties of ferritic and austenitic steels. Due to the high chromium and molybdenum content in this steel, it has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and uniform corrosion. The bidirectional microstructure ensures that the steel has high resistance to stress corrosion cracking and has high mechanical strength.
