What material is Inconel?
Inconel is a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium-iron alloy, a nickel-based alloy.
Commonly used grades include Inconel625, Inconel600, Inconel601, inconel718, inconelx750, etc.
Below is a brief introduction to these brands. For more details, please consult.
Incone l625
Overview of Incone l625 features and application areas:
This alloy is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based deformed high-temperature alloy with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. It has excellent corrosion resistance and high oxidation properties, good tensile properties and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980°C, and is salt resistant. Stress corrosion in fog atmosphere. Therefore, it can be widely used in manufacturing aerospace engine parts, aerospace structural components and chemical equipment.

INCONEL600 is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy with good high-temperature corrosion resistance (acid and alkali resistance) and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding process performance, and satisfactory thermal strength below 700°C. and high plasticity.
This alloy is designed for low temperature to 1093°C environments. The oxidation resistance at high temperatures is extremely excellent, and it has good oxidation resistance and carbonization resistance stability at 1093°C (but in a reducing atmosphere containing hydrogen sulfide, its upper limit temperature is 535°C).
It is very effective in treating hydrogen chloride and chlorine gas at high temperatures; hydrogen chloride can reach about 538℃, and chlorine gas can be used safely up to 510℃. This alloy also has excellent corrosion resistance against nitrogen, hydrogen and carburizing, so it is used in various heat treatment furnaces.
Inconel601 (UNS N06601) nickel-based alloy
Inconel 601, an alloy material. Excellent oxidation resistance at high temperatures, good resistance to carbonization, good resistance to oxidation in sulfur-containing atmospheres, good mechanical properties at both room and high temperatures, good stress corrosion cracking resistance due to controlled Due to the carbon content and grain size, 601 has higher creep rupture strength, so it is recommended to use 601 in areas above 500°C.
