Inconel 600 Hot Rolled Nickel Alloy Bar

Inconel 600 hot-rolled nickel alloy bar is a specialty form of Inconel alloy 600 (a nickel-chromium-iron alloy, UNS N06600/W.Nr. 2.4816) that undergoes high-temperature working to achieve high dimensional accuracy and excellent corrosion and heat resistance, making it suitable for the harsh environments of the chemical, nuclear, and heat-treating industries. The hot-rolling process, which typically forms the metal at temperatures between 1600-2250°F (871-1232°C), produces a less polished surface than cold-worked bar, but offers excellent mechanical properties, making it suitable for high-temperature applications.
