ASTM B165 UNS N04400 pipe, also known as Monel 400 pipe, is a nickel-copper alloy ideal for the chemical industry due to its excellent resistance to a variety of corrosive environments, including seawater, sulfuric acid, and hydrofluoric acid. It offers good strength and toughness in both subzero and high-temperature ranges (up to approximately 538°C or 1000°F), making it easy to weld and low-maintenance. What is the ASTM standard for Monel 400?
