Analysis and Research on Alloy 602 CA (N06025) Alloy
Alloy 602 CA/2.4633/N06025/RA 602 CA/Inconel 602CA
RA 602 CA
602 CA alloy is one of the most outstanding alloys among various high-temperature oxidation resistant, high-temperature and high-strength nickel-based alloys currently commercially produced. Its high chromium, high aluminum and chemical composition of added yttrium enable it to produce dense Double layer protection of chromium oxide and aluminum oxide.
For some industrial fields, which require as little peeling oxides as possible to contaminate products at high temperatures, 602CA alloy is usually selected to make these parts of high-temperature equipment and components.
The accurately controlled carbon composition gives it extremely high high-temperature creep-cracking resistance, and the addition of trace amounts of zirconium allows it to maintain better control of grain coarsening even when it is in service above 982 degrees Celsius.
