Monel K500/N05500 alloy has good low-temperature plasticity and toughness, so you won't find any difficulty in cold working. However, in terms of hot working, the molding temperature is generally between 871 and 1149 degrees, and the large deformation temperature is between 1038 and 1149 degrees, but we recommend the appropriate temperature. It should be 1093 degrees, and the alloy solution annealing temperature is 793~971, so that good comprehensive properties can be obtained. The temperature of hot-processed products should be 982 degrees, and the temperature of cold-processed products should be 1038 degrees, but the heating time should be shortened as much as possible.
