Inconel 617 740H Super Pipe

Inconel 617 is a nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy with excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures. The alloy is resistant to high temperature corrosion properties such as oxidation and carburization, and has excellent instantaneous and long-term mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 1100°C. It has high oxidation resistance at 1100°C, high carburization resistance at 1100°C, and good welding performance.

Inconel 740H is age hardened by the precipitation of gamma primary and secondary phases. After age strengthening, 740H alloy exhibits excellent high temperature strength at temperatures below 850°C. 740H alloy has high chromium and cobalt content, giving it excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfurization at high temperatures.
