MA956 UNS N08811 Incoloy Alloy Pipe
Incoloy MA956 (UNS S67956), heat-resistant nickel-chromium-iron alloy MA956 is an iron-chromium-aluminum alloy prepared by oxide dispersion strengthening and mechanical alloying. Its production involves the production of high-energy ball-milled powder and yttrium oxide dispersion-strengthened alloys. It has excellent strength and corrosion resistance, with carburizing and oxidation temperatures exceeding 1100°C (2000°F).
UNS N08811 alloy is an austenitic nickel-based high-temperature alloy that provides excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion in a variety of corrosive conditions, including jet engine environments and many other aerospace and chemical process applications. The alloy provides excellent strength and toughness in temperatures ranging from cryogenic to 2000F (1093C). UNS N08811 alloy also has excellent fatigue resistance.
