Incoloy 330 901 Alloy Pipe

Incoloy 330 is a non-austenitic heat and corrosion resistant alloy that offers a combination of strength and resistance to carburization, oxidation and thermal shock. This alloy is designed for use in high temperature industrial environments where the combined effects of carburization and thermal cycling and good electrical resistance are necessary, such as in applications in the heat treatment industry. Carburization and oxidation resistance to approximately 2100°F are enhanced by the silicon content in the alloy.
Alloy 901 is an age-hardenable superalloy containing titanium and aluminum for precipitation hardening and molybdenum for solid-solution strengthening. Alloy 901 has high yield strength and creep resistance at temperatures up to 1110°F (600°C). Due to its high iron content, Alloy 901 is able to combine strength with good forging characteristics. Alloy 901 is commonly used in gas turbine engine disks, shafts, rings, casings and seals.
