Incoloy 330 (also known as "Alloy 330") is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy with a deliberately controlled amount of silicon added to improve its oxidation resistance. It has a solid solution composition and is not hardenable by heat treatment. High nickel and chromium content provide excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization. Alloy 330 has very good high temperature strength and corrosion resistance, as well as excellent processability and weldability. Mainly used in high-temperature components such as industrial heating furnaces, muffle furnaces, torch heads, alloy grilles, rod baskets, gas turbine components, and boiler fixtures.
27-7MO alloy is a super austenitic stainless steel containing 7% molybdenum. Compared with 6% molybdenum super austenitic stainless steel, it has better corrosion resistance in most environments. In many environments, the corrosion resistance of 27-7MO alloy is close to or even exceeds that of many superalloy materials, such as 625 alloy, 22 alloy and C-276 alloy. 27-7MO alloy is mainly used in pollution prevention, power generation, marine, chemical processing, pulp and paper, pharmaceuticals and oil and gas fields.
