800 800H Alloy annealed Piping
Incoloy 800 pipes are primarily used in applications that require high strength and high resistance to high temperature oxidation and carburization. Common uses include heat exchangers, pressure vessels, piping systems, industrial furnaces, chemical reactors, ovens, incinerators, boilers, etc. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance (even in extreme environments), Incoloy 800 can also be used in marine applications such as seawater coolers.
Inconel 800h seamless tube is an alloy that is solution heat treated at 1100°F (1050°C). This carbon content-controlled parent alloy 800 alloy has improved high temperature properties. In the temperature range of 1100°F to 1800°F, 800h alloy tubes exhibit high creep and stress rupture properties. Similar to H-type 800 alloy pipe, HT or 800ht alloy welded pipe has higher aluminum and titanium content. The content of 800ht alloy seamless pipe is adjusted to between 0.85% and 1.20%. This adjustment gives the newly formed alloy the best high temperature properties, making Incoloy 800ht pipe suitable for high temperature applications.
