GH3128 3230 High Heat Stainless Steel Pipe
GH3128 is a nickel-based alloy solid solution-strengthened with tungsten and molybdenum and grain boundaries reinforced with boron, cerium, and zirconium. It has high plasticity, high lasting creep strength, and good oxidation resistance and stamping and welding properties. Its comprehensive performance is better than similar nickel-based solid solution alloys such as GH3044 and GH3536. It is suitable for manufacturing combustion chamber flame tubes, afterburner casings, regulator plates and other high-temperature parts of aeroengines that operate at 950°C for a long time.
GH3230 superalloy is a nickel-based deformed superalloy with an extremely high degree of alloying, including a total content of up to 36% W+Mo+Cr. This alloy strengthens the matrix through solid solution alloy elements. The addition of W and Mo not only improves the creep resistance, but also increases the stacking fault energy, thereby inhibiting the occurrence of dislocation slip.
