C11000 electrolytic tough copper (or ETP copper) is produced by direct conversion of selected refined cathodes and castings under carefully controlled conditions. C11000 Electrolytic Copper has inherent build qualities that allow it to be easily bent, welded, drilled, welded and formed to fit almost any design specification.
ETP copper is the most commonly used copper as it is commonly used in electrical applications. C11000 has a minimum conductivity grade of 100% and a purity requirement of 99.9%. C11000 copper alloy has a variety of applications and is readily available in sheet and rod form through several U.S. copper suppliers.
C11000 copper is primarily used for busbars and electrical and electronic conductors. Its chemical composition is 99.9% copper. This electrolytic copper alloy has a density of 8.89 grams per cubic centimeter. The melting point of C11000 is 1065 to 1083 degrees Celsius.
