15-7Mo 654SMO ss Pipe
PH 15-7 Mo is a precipitation-hardened stainless steel used in applications requiring high strength and moderate corrosion resistance. Similar to 17-7, 2% molybdenum is used in place of 2% chromium, giving 15-7 Mo greater room and temperature strength. PH 15-7 Mo stainless steel can be formed in soft austenitic conditions and then hardened to high strength levels by low temperature heat treatment. This allows minimal distortion compared to other quenching and temper hardening processes. For maximum strength requirements, 15-7 Mo strip is available, heat treated with hard rolling condition C, condition CH900.
654SMo (S32654, 1.4652) super austenitic stainless steel is a super austenitic stainless steel containing 23% nickel, 25% chromium and 7% molybdenum. Its anti-corrosion ability is much better than ordinary austenitic steel. The smelting method of 654SMO super austenitic stainless steel: the currently popular argon-oxygen decarburization refining method abroad (VOD or AOD), and the continuous casting method of stainless steel can also be used.
