ASTM B730 Nickel 200 ERW Pipe is made of Nickel 200 (UNS N02200) alloy, which has a very high nickel content and good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. It is manufactured using the electric resistance welding (ERW) process, with a high surface finish and precise dimensions. It follows the ASTM B730 standard, which specifies the manufacturing requirements for welded nickel and nickel-copper alloy pipes.
Nickel 200 Alloy Welded Pipe Physical Properties:
Density is about 8.89 g/cm³,
Melting point ranges between 1435~1446℃,
It has good thermal and electrical conductivity, as well as low gas content and low vapor pressure.
Alloy 200 EFW Pipe Mechanical Properties:
Yield strength is 15~45 MPa,
Tensile strength can reach 60~85 MPa (or ≥380 MPa),
Elongation is as high as 35~55%,
Hardness ranges between 45~80HB (or ≤90 HB).
