Description Incoloy alloy 25-6MoHN25-6HN nickel-chromium alloy is a super austenitic stainless steel containing 6% molybdenum. The addition of nitrogen can improve its performance. High nickel content, good thermal stability, and resistance to stress corrosion cracking. The 25-6HN alloy is designated UNS N08367 and competes directly with the AL6XN 1 alloy. The same ASTM, ASME and NACE specifications cover alloys. 25-6HN alloy offers significantly improved strength and corrosion resistance in most environments, superior to traditional austenitic stainless steels such as AISI 304 or 316L. Typical applications include welded tubes for heat exchangers in chemical processing and marine applications, flue gas desulfurization equipment for desalination systems, coal-fired power plants and reaction vessels for pharmaceutical production

Product form: thin plates, steel strips, plates, round bars, round wires and forgings

Density 8.06 g/cm3

Incoloy 25-6MoHN is a high-strength, high-corrosion-resistant alloy containing elements such as nickel, chromium, molybdenum, and copper. It is widely used in aviation, chemical industry, marine engineering and other fields, and is known for its good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

First, the mechanical properties of Incoloy 25-6MoHN are excellent. The alloy has high strength, high toughness and high plasticity, and can withstand huge forces in high temperature and high pressure environments. In addition, it has excellent fatigue resistance and can maintain its strength and durability during long-term use, reducing the frequency of repairs and replacements and improving the reliability and safety of the equipment.

Secondly, Incoloy 25-6MoHN has strong corrosion resistance. Unlike other alloys, it can maintain its structural integrity in harsh corrosive environments and will not cause corrosion damage after long-term use. This means that in the aviation, chemical, marine engineering and other industries, the use of Incoloy 25-6MoHN can effectively reduce the corrosion damage of equipment, extend the service life, and reduce equipment replacement and maintenance costs.

In addition, Incoloy 25-6MoHN also has good heat resistance. This is due to its high proportion of molybdenum, which maintains its mechanical properties and stability at high temperatures. This characteristic makes Incoloy 25-6MoHN widely used in equipment manufacturing in high-temperature working environments.

In short, Incoloy 25-6MoHN, as a high-strength, high-corrosion-resistant alloy, has been widely used in aviation, chemical industry, marine engineering and other fields. In the future development, with the continuous advancement of science and technology, Incoloy 25-6MoHN will continue to play its important role in creating a better life for mankind.
