Incoloy925 nickel alloy performance parameters
Incoloy925 NO8925 Alloy925
High strength alloy Incoloy 925
In the past 70 years, China has transformed from manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing and has become an international manufacturing power. Manufacturing industry is inseparable from metal materials, ranging from stainless steel to high-temperature alloys, corrosion-resistant alloys and other alloys. Among them, the material grade Incoloy 925 is commonly used in plates and rods, most of which are in stock; the less commonly used wires and strips are mostly custom-made. At present, the domestic special steel production processes of Baosteel and Taiyuan Steel have reached international standards, fully comply with ASTM, AISI, JIS and other standards, and can meet domestic export needs to the European Union and the United States. As a supplier of Shanghai Incoloy 925 materials, Shanghai Shanghu has been committed to providing high-quality and affordable materials for my country's manufacturing industry.
Overview:
Incoloy925 (N08925) belongs to the American standard nickel alloy, executive standard: ASTM A276/A276M-17
Incoloy925 (N08925) is a precipitation hardenable alloy based on iron, nickel and chromium with elements such as molybdenum, copper, titanium and aluminum added. Alloy 925 has corrosion resistance comparable to Alloy 825, but achieves greater strength through age hardening. The combination of nickel and chromium has a protective effect in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. High nickel content also resists chloride ion stress corrosion cracking. Pitting and crevice corrosion resistance is also very good.

Incoloy925 (N08925) application fields: petroleum, chemical pipelines, drinking water pipes, automobile mufflers, boiler heat exchangers, pharmaceuticals, etc.
