Inconel 600, also known as Alloy 600, is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy that has good oxidation resistance at high temperatures and is resistant to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, high-purity water corrosion and alkali corrosion. It is mainly used in furnace components, chemical and food processing, nuclear engineering, and spark electrodes. Inconel 600 (76Ni-15Cr-8Fe) is the base alloy in the Ni-Cr-Fe system, where the high nickel content makes it resistant to reducing environments.
630 stainless steel is a precipitated, hardened, martensitic stainless steel composed of copper, niobium/columbium. This grade offers high strength, hardness (up to 300º C/572º F) and resistance to corrosion. After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the product are more perfect and can reach a compressive strength of up to 1100-1300 mpa (160-190 ksi)
