Inconel alloy is an austenitic super heat-resistant alloy with nickel as the main component. Due to the solid solution strengthening effect of molybdenum and niobium contained in nickel-chromium alloy, it has ultra-high strength and extraordinary fatigue resistance in the range of low temperature to 1093℃. It is widely used in the aviation industry and is suitable for making anti-oxidation parts that withstand low loads below 1100℃.

A:Inconel alloy plate has high wear resistance. This is mainly due to its internal stable γ' phase and γ'' phase structure, which can effectively resist deformation and fracture at high temperatures.
Q: How high a temperature can inconel plates withstand?
A: Inconel 600: Inconel 600 has a service temperature range of -196°C to 1093°C.
Inconel 625: Inconel 625 is capable of sustained operation at temperatures up to 1000°C (about 1832°F).
Inconel 718: Inconel 718 retains most of its room temperature strength up to about 650°C.
