Inconel600 is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy with good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding process properties, and satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700°C. Alloys can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be connected by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. Forgings, etc., are suitable for making anti-oxidation parts that can withstand low loads below 1100°C.
602 CA alloy is one of the most outstanding alloys among various high-temperature oxidation resistant, high-temperature and high-strength nickel-based alloys currently commercially produced. Its high chromium, high aluminum and chemical composition of added yttrium enable it to produce dense Double-layer protection of chromium oxide and aluminum oxide. For some industrial fields, it is required that the oxide peels off as little as possible under high temperature to contaminate the product. 602CA alloy is usually selected to make these parts of high-temperature equipment and components.
