ASTM B670 UNS N07718 nickel alloy plate is a precipitation-hardened nickel alloy for high-temperature equipment, also known as Inconel 718 or UNS N07718.
UNS N07718 alloy heat treatment
Solution treatment: Keep at 924~1010°C for at least 0.5 hours, then air cool or fast cool.
Precipitation hardening treatment: Keep at 718 ± 14°C for 8 hours, then furnace cool to 612 ± 14°C, continue to keep for at least 18 hours, and finally air cool.
