Inconel 625 Alloy ERW Pipe is mainly composed of nickel, chromium, molybdenum and other elements. Through annealing, its mechanical properties and microstructure can be significantly improved, and its performance can be further improved.
Annealing process
Annealing is an important heat treatment process of Inconel 625 alloy pipe, which aims to remove the internal stress caused by cold working and improve the ductility and toughness of the material. The annealing temperature is usually between 870°C and 1065°C.
Inconel 625 bright annealed pipe performs well, especially in organic chemical processes containing chlorides, flue gas desulfurization systems, acidic gas environments and high-pressure equipment.
