Incolocy 825 nickel-based alloy is resistant to acid and alkali metal corrosion under both oxidizing and reducing conditions, as the high nickel content gives the alloy good resistance to stress corrosion. Under various conditions such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and other strong acids, strong alkali solutions such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, and mixed solutions such as nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and copper sulfate all show good comprehensive performance. Like Alloy 650, Incolocy 825 nickel-based alloy is effective as a heat- and corrosion-resistant material.
Incoloy864 is a new type of nickel alloy material with good fatigue resistance and excellent high temperature corrosion resistance. Its material composition is Fe34Ni21Cr4.2Mo. The alloy has a tensile strength of 655MPa, a yield strength of 262MPa, an elongation of 45%, a hardness of 80HRB, and is easy to weld.
