Alloy 28 /UNS N08028/ W. Nr. 1.4563 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with added molybdenum and copper. It is mostly used in the petrochemical industry and has excellent performance in both oxidizing and reducing media. It has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and localized corrosion. This alloy is resistant to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.
