800 800H Alloy polishing Piping
Incoloy 800, 800H pipes are nickel-iron-chromium alloys designed for high temperature applications requiring high strength, oxidation resistance and carburization resistance. Although similar in composition, they differ in carbon, titanium and aluminum content. Incoloy 800 is the original alloy, and 800H is improved by controlling the carbon content (0.05%-0.10%) and grain size, which improves stress cracking resistance. Incoloy 800HT further enhances high temperature performance by adding titanium and aluminum (0.85%-1.20%).
