G35 C4 Hastelloy seamless Piping
Hastelloy G-35 is an upgraded product of HastelloyG-30. It has excellent corrosion resistance in the wet phosphoric acid production environment that is widely used in fertilizer production. In this environment, its performance is far better than HastelloyG-30 and stainless steel. . It can also resist partial corrosion in chloride-containing media and chloride ion stress corrosion cracking.
C-4 alloy is an austenitic low carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy. The main difference from other earlier developed alloys of similar chemical composition is the lower carbon, silicon, iron, and tungsten content. Such a chemical composition makes it exhibit excellent stability at 650-1040°C, improves the ability to resist intergranular corrosion, and can avoid edge line corrosion sensitivity and weld heat affected zone corrosion under appropriate manufacturing conditions.
