Hastelloy C-276 is a tungsten-containing nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, which is considered to be a versatile corrosion resistant alloy due to its extremely low silicon carbon content. It is mainly resistant to wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chloride salt solutions, sulfuric acid and oxidizing salt, and has good corrosion resistance in low temperature and medium temperature hydrochloric acid.
