825 Nickel Based Alloy seamless straight Pipe Description
Incoloy 825 seamless straight tubing is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy popular for its excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of corrosive environments. In addition to the basic formula, copper, molybdenum, and titanium are added to provide enhanced resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acid corrosion, as well as pitting and crevice corrosion.
Incoloy 825 seamless straight tubing performs well in both high and low temperature environments and is widely used in chemical, pollution control, and nuclear power plants. It also retains excellent properties such as high mechanical strength and resistance to stress corrosion cracking at high temperatures. Incoloy 825 tubing is best suited for applications subject to highly corrosive environments, such as heat exchangers, reactors, and piping systems.
