Nickel Alloy 201 Cold Drawn Forged Bar is a pure commercial nickel with very low carbon content, usually 99.6% nickel, with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Its low carbon content (maximum 0.025%) helps prevent high temperature embrittlement and reduces hardness, making it particularly suitable for cold forming operations.

Due to its high purity and low carbon content, it is suitable for high temperature applications exceeding 600°F (about 315°C).
