Inconel 617 is a nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy with excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures. The alloy is resistant to high-temperature corrosion properties, such as oxidation and carbonization, and has excellent instantaneous and long-term mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 1100°C. It has high oxidation resistance at 1100℃, high carbonization resistance at 1100℃, and good welding performance.
Inconel 740H obtains age hardening by precipitation of gamma primary and secondary phases. After age strengthening, 740H alloy exhibits excellent high-temperature strength at temperatures below 850°C. 740H alloy contains high content of chromium and cobalt, which has excellent resistance to oxidation, carbonization and sulfurization at high temperatures.
