All three grades 309, 310, and 310S are composed of the same chemical structure i.e. made-up with the components like carbon, nickel, chromium, phosphorus, silicon, sulphur, and manganese. Like every other 300 series family, these grades also have the highest contribution of the chromium and nickel components in the whole chemical make-up of the steel. Hence, they exhibit excellent temperature and pressure tolerance attributes. SS 309/310/310S Sheets & Plates are available in flawless finishing works. Although, they are offered in different hardness ranges as soft, hard, half-hard, quarter hard, spring hard, etc.
These grades are suitable for both hot as well as cold-rolled productions. They are highly flexible and stress-proof stainless steel.
