Establishment of the rolling process: The rolling process goes through a total of 4 stages, namely the biting stage, the pulling stage, the stable rolling stage and the rolling end stage.
1) Bite-in stage: The rolled piece begins to contact the rotating roller, and the roller begins to act on the rolled piece, dragging it into the roll gap to establish the rolling process.
2) Pull-in stage: Once the rolled piece is bitten by the rotating roller, the drag force of the roller on the rolled piece increases, and the rolled piece gradually fills the roll gap until the front end of the rolled piece reaches the center line between the two rollers.
3) Stable rolling stage: After the front end of the rolled piece comes out of the roll gap, it continues to rely on the friction of the rotating rollers to pass through the roll gap continuously and stably, producing the required deformation, thickness direction compression, and longitudinal extension.
4) Ending stage of rolling: starting from the rear end of the rolled piece entering the deformation zone between the roll gaps until the rolled piece is completely out of contact with the rolls.
