What material is Inconel625? What are the characteristics?
Inconel625 is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based superalloy with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. Has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
It has good tensile and fatigue properties at low temperatures to 980°C and is resistant to stress corrosion in salt spray environments. Therefore, it can be widely used in the manufacturing of aerospace engine parts, aerospace structural parts and chemical equipment. Inconel 625 alloy has good processing properties and welding properties, and can be supplied with various plates, rods, tubes, wires, strips and forgings.
