Hastelloy C276 alloy is mainly used to solve the intergranular corrosion of C grade, reducing the carbon and silicon in the alloy to very low levels, avoiding the intergranular continuous grain boundary precipitation phase in the welding heat affected zone, so that the alloy has no Intergranular corrosion. However, the thermal stability of the alloy is not good. Hastelloy C-276 alloy is one of the few materials that can be used in hot concentrated H2SO4 solutions. It is mainly resistant to wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chloride salt solutions, H2SO4 and oxidizing salts, and is resistant to both low and medium temperature HCl. Has very good corrosion resistance. Therefore, in the past thirty years, it has been widely used in harsh corrosive environments, such as chemical industry, petrochemical industry, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and paper making, environmental protection and other industrial fields.

Alloy equipment has been successfully used in wet phosphoric acid, HF acid production and flue gas desulfurization equipment. 3. Processing and welding properties of Hastelloy C276
Hastelloy C276 processing and welding: Hot processing is difficult to deform, the processing temperature is 1000-1200 degrees, and the cold processing performance is good in the solid solution state. The heat treatment temperature is 1220 degrees. Shanghai Yuanding generally recommends water cooling after solid solution. The welding performance is better than C.
