Inconel 718 alloy strip performance information
INCONEL alloy 718 strip is an age-hardenable nickel-chromium-niobium-molybdenum alloy strip that combines high strength, corrosion resistance, and good fabrication properties. INCONEL alloy 718 strip exhibits high tensile strength, yield strength, and creep-rupture properties at temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C).

What is the hardness of 718 alloy?
The hardness in the solution-treated condition is approximately HRc 20-25, which increases to approximately HRc 36-44 after aging. ATI 718 alloy exhibits good oxidation resistance up to approximately 1,800°F (982°C). The alloy also exhibits good corrosion resistance to a wide range of corrosive media, including resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
