GNEE Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Pipe

The high nickel content of 800 alloy seamless pipes gives them excellent resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and effectively prevents embrittlement caused by sigma phase precipitation. Inconel 800h seamless pipe is an alloy that undergoes solution heat treatment at a temperature of 2100°F. This controlled-carbon alloy is an improved version of its parent alloy 800, offering superior high-temperature performance. In the temperature range of 1100°F to 1800°F, 800h alloy pipes exhibit excellent creep and stress rupture properties. Similar to the H version of 800 alloy pipes, the HT or 800ht alloy welded pipes have higher aluminum and titanium content. The composition of 800ht alloy seamless pipes is adjusted within a range of 0.85% to 1.20%. This adjustment gives the newly formed alloy optimal high-temperature performance, making Incoloy 800ht pipes suitable for high-temperature applications.
