ASTM B514 Incoloy 800H is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy pipe commonly used in high-temperature and corrosive environments due to its excellent strength, oxidation resistance, carburization resistance, and sulfidation resistance. "Pickling" surface treatment refers to removing oxide scale through heating to obtain a clean and smooth surface. This type of pipe is widely used in power plants, petrochemical processing, and heat treatment equipment.
What is the difference between Incoloy 800 and SS 310?
Incoloy 800 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with added aluminum and titanium to enhance its corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Its high nickel content gives it excellent strength at high temperatures. SS310, on the other hand, is a high-chromium-nickel stainless steel that also contains molybdenum.

We can provide nickel-based alloy 800H tubing in random lengths (maximum 6 meters) or cut to specific lengths upon order. Incoloy tubing is widely used in piping process systems.
Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800H, and 800HT are all nickel-iron-chromium alloys with similar basic compositions. However, Incoloy 800 differs from the other two alloys in that the 800H alloy has a higher carbon content, while the 800HT alloy has up to 1.20% added aluminum and titanium. The high nickel and chromium content of Incoloy 800H, 800HT, and 800 ensures their excellent oxidation resistance. Incoloy 800 is primarily used for applications up to 1100°F, while alloys 800H and 800HT are typically used for applications above 1100°F to meet creep and fracture resistance requirements.
