Monel 400 cold-rolled seamless pipe is made of nickel-copper alloy (Ni63-70%, Cu28-34%), with excellent corrosion resistance, especially suitable for seawater, acidic and alkaline medium environment. This product is processed by precision cold rolling process, with high strength (tensile strength 550-750MPa), high precision (tolerance ±0.05mm) and good temperature adaptability (stable performance from -200℃ to 480℃), and surface finish Ra≤0.8μm. It is produced in strict accordance with international standards such as ASTM B165, and is widely used in marine engineering (seawater pipelines, ship components), petrochemical (reactors, pickling equipment), energy and power (nuclear power cooling systems) and aerospace (hydraulic pipelines). It is an ideal pipe choice for high-end industrial applications to cope with harsh working conditions.
