HastelloyC-276 process performance and requirements:
1. The lower the sulfur content in thermal processing fuel, the better. The sulfur content in natural gas should be less than 0.1%, and the sulfur content in heavy oil should be less than 0.5%.
2. The thermal processing temperature range of the alloy is 1200℃~950℃, and the cooling method is water cooling or rapid air cooling.
3. Suitable for any traditional welding process, such as tungsten electrode inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal pole inert gas shielded welding, and melting pole inert gas shielded welding.
