Performance comparison of Hastelloy alloy?

1. Hastelloy C-276: This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in both oxidized and reduced states. Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.

2. Hastelloy C-22: Has better overall corrosion resistance, including Hastelloy C-276, C4 alloy and 625 alloy. Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Suitable for chemical and petrochemical fields, such as components and catalytic systems that come into contact with chloride-containing organic matter.

3. Hastelloy C-2000: An alloy that adds copper to the nickel-chromium-molybdenum system to resist a range of corrosive chemicals (including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid). The combination of molybdenum and copper provides excellent corrosion resistance to reducing media.

4. Hastelloy B-2: Has good corrosion resistance in reducing media, such as hydrochloric acid solutions of various temperatures and concentrations. It also has good corrosion resistance in moderately concentrated sulfuric acid solutions (or containing a certain amount of chloride ions).

5. Hastelloy B-3: It has excellent corrosion resistance to hydrochloric acid at any temperature and concentration. It also has good corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid and other non-oxidizing media.

The above alloys are suitable for chemical processing, petrochemical, energy manufacturing, pollution control and other fields. The main specifications include seamless pipes, steel plates, round steel, forgings, flanges, rings, welded pipes, steel strips, straight bars, wires and supporting welding materials.
