Inconel 600 is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy, belonging to the second generation of nickel-chromium corrosion-resistant alloy. It is a pure austenite structure in the solid solution state, with corrosion resistance, heat resistance and oxidation resistance, and has good cold and hot processing and welding process performance.
Characteristics of 600 alloy pipe:
1. It is still resistant to oxidation until 1093℃;
2. Carbonization resistance;
3. It is still resistant to dehydrated Cl2 at about 538℃;
4. It is immune to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking;
5. It has good resistance to alkali corrosion.
Application of Inconel Alloy 600:
1. Heat treatment related components and equipment;
2. Chlorination equipment with a temperature of 538℃;
3. Alkali dissolution tank of pulp mill;
4. Alkali concentration related equipment
What are the processing technologies of Inconel 600 seamless pipe?
The hot working temperature of Inconel 600 alloy tube is 1200℃~900℃, and cold working requires annealing or solution treatment. It has good welding performance. The tensile strength at room temperature is 960MPa, and it has good high temperature oxidation resistance and creep resistance.
The product forms of inconel 600 alloy are mainly plates, strips, and tubes. The supply state is mainly annealed, and thin plates and strips can also be supplied in normalized state.
