Hastelloy C276 B622 Chemical Industry Standard Pipe

Hastelloy C276 B622 Chemical Industry Standard Pipe
Hastelloy C276 pipe is a widely used nickel-based alloy (UNS N10276) that meets the ASTM B622 standard for seamless pipe for the chemical industry. It is highly regarded for its excellent corrosion resistance, even at elevated temperatures, against a wide range of media, including strong acids and chlorides. Available in a variety of sizes, this pipe can be used in demanding applications such as chemical reactors, heat exchangers, and pollution control equipment. Its low carbon content makes it easy to weld without compromising corrosion resistance.
What is the maximum operating temperature of Hastelloy C276?
Hastelloy C-276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium corrosion-resistant alloy. It resists pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Hastelloy C-276 can be hardened simply by cold working. Hastelloy C-276 can operate at cryogenic temperatures up to a maximum temperature of 750°F (400°C).

Gnee Steel specializes in the production of various nickel-based alloys. Gnee Steel's product packaging includes steel strapping: Pipes with an outer diameter of 3 inches or less are typically strapped together with polypropylene film to prevent rust during sea transportation, and then secured with steel strapping. Wooden boxes/crates: Pipes are typically packaged in wooden boxes or crates to protect them during transportation, especially those that are longer or have larger diameters. Seaworthy export packaging: Suppliers typically use standard seaworthy export packaging methods, which may include a variety of materials and techniques to protect the pipes during transportation. Tarpaulin packaging: This prevents rain, seawater, and other external factors from penetrating the export wooden crates during transportation. Gnee Steel specializes in the production and sale of alloy materials. Gnee Steel's products are widely used in aerospace, chemical, power, automotive, and nuclear energy industries, and we can provide customized alloy material solutions based on customer needs.
