GH1131 nickel based superalloys can be used for a long time at 900 ℃, with high strength and good comprehensive performance. It can also achieve sufficient instantaneous strength even when used for a short time at 1000 ℃. It is a nickel-saving economical high-temperature alloy with a nickel content of about 28%, but its thermal strength level is equivalent to that of GH3044 alloy.
Alloy GH1131 has good hot processing plasticity and welding and cold forming process performance. The main varieties are cold-rolled thin plates, hot-rolled medium plates, bars, flat steel and wires. It can be used to make high-temperature parts of rocket engines that work at 700~1000C for a short time and aircraft engines that work at 700~-750C for a long time.
