Alloy 800H Uns N08810 Seamless Nickel Alloy Pickled Tube

800H UNS N08810 seamless nickel alloy pickled tubing, designated UNS N08810, is a high-temperature nickel-chromium alloy tubing manufactured seamlessly to ensure high strength and reliability. Pickling refers to a surface treatment that removes scale and discoloration, resulting in a clean, smooth surface. This tubing is suitable for demanding environments requiring excellent resistance to high temperatures, oxidation, sulfidation, and carburization, such as petrochemical plants, power plants, and heat treatment equipment.

What is the difference between N08810 and N08811?

It is important to note that the maximum allowable design stress for INCOLOY alloy 800HT (UNS N08811) is higher than that for UNS N08810. Therefore, materials produced to UNS N08810 (800H alloy) cannot be certified as UNS N08811 unless they meet the additional requirements of that designation.

N08810 And N08811

Gnee Steel's alloy 800H tubing is available in seamless, welded, or welded and cold-drawn forms, depending on your alloy requirements. Our 800HT alloy seamless and welded tubing sizes start at 1/2-inch inside diameter (NB) or outside diameter (OD) and go up to 6 inches inside diameter (NB) and outside diameter (OD).

We can provide nickel alloy 800H tubing in unlimited lengths, up to 6 meters, and can also be cut to specific lengths upon order. Incoloy tubing is widely used in piping process systems.

Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800H, and 800HT are all nickel-iron-chromium alloys with similar basic compositions. However, Incoloy 800 differs from the other two alloys because 800H alloy has a higher carbon content, while 800HT alloy has added aluminum and titanium up to 1.20%. The high nickel and chromium content of Incoloy 800H, 800HT, and 800 ensures excellent oxidation resistance. Incoloy 800 is primarily used in applications up to 1100°F, while 800H and 800HT alloys are typically used above 1100°F where creep and rupture resistance are required.

800HT alloy seamless tubing is available in both outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (NB) sizes. In addition to standard sizes in stock, we also specialize in manufacturing and supplying custom sizes of 800HT alloy cold-drawn seamless tubing in our factory.
