2.4856 Nickel-based alloy is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with excellent strength from room temperature to approximately 1500°F (816°C). At higher temperatures, its strength is generally lower than other solid solution strengthened alloys. Alloy 625 has good resistance to oxidation at temperatures up to 1800°F (982°C) and has good resistance to water corrosion, but is not as effective as Hasloy.
UNS N07718 alloy is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy with excellent heat and corrosion resistance. Its chemical composition includes nickel, chromium, molybdenum and other elements, and has good physical properties, such as moderate density, high melting point, and stable thermal expansion coefficient. In addition, UNS N07718 alloy also exhibits excellent weldability and processability, making it suitable for various processing techniques.
