Inconel601GC is a version of Inconel601 that inhibits grain growth. Adding Zr and N can effectively inhibit the rate of grain growth of the alloy at high temperatures. Grain size stability at high temperatures is an important factor in achieving better performance and longer service life of the alloy.
Inconel783 alloy is a Co-Ni-Fe-based precipitation hardening ferromagnetic superalloy that is resistant to oxidation and has a low thermal expansion coefficient. It has a service temperature of less than 750°C and is specially developed for steam turbine applications. The addition of niobium and aluminum allows the strength of 783 alloy to be improved through precipitation hardening heat treatment. In addition, the aluminum content also makes it have excellent antioxidant properties at high temperatures. The alloy can reach complete oxidation resistance at 750°C and has excellent room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties, low thermal expansion coefficient and low density.
