Inconel 601 seamless pipes can withstand high mechanical stresses and high pressures and can work in high temperatures and corrosive environments. Inconel seamless pipes are formed by pulling a solid metal billet through a perforated rod to form a hollow tube. The seamless pipes are then machined and finished as per dimensional standards ANSI B36.10 and ANSI B36.19 and B36.19M with wall thickness and sizes ranging from SCH 5S to SCH XXS.
Inconel600 is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy with good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding process properties, and satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700°C. Alloys can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be connected by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing.
