Incoloy 901 909 precision Pipe
Incoloy 901 pipe, Incoloy901 is an austenitic age-hardening alloy composed of Fe-Ni-Cr12-43, titanium, aluminum and equal strengthening elements, and contains trace boron and low carbon. It is dispersed strengthened by the metastable γ "[Ni3(Ti,Al)] phase, and trace aluminum inhibits the transformation of γ" to η-Ni3Ti phase.
INCONEL 909, also known as UNS N19909 or AMS 5759, is a high-strength nickel-chromium-based superalloy with excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. It is approved to ASTM B462 and BS HR 297, ensuring compliance with international standards.
INCONEL 909 is designed for high-temperature applications where oxidation resistance and mechanical strength are critical. Its high nickel and chromium content in its composition provides excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization.
