909 945X Incoloy Seamless alloy Pipe
Incoloy 909 is made of iron-based nickel-chromium alloy and contains aluminum, titanium, iron and other elements. Incoloy 909 is particularly resistant to alkali corrosion. For example, when the concentration of NaOH in NaOH reaches 80%, it is also very corrosion-resistant. When sulfide is present in NaOH, its corrosion resistance is better than that of pure nickel. The annual corrosion rate of Incoloy 909 in 50% sodium sulfide at 150°C is only 0.1 mm. The specific results of Incoloy 909 are: 48-52% nickel, 12-15% chromium, no less than 33% iron, no less than 1.5% copper, no less than 2.5% molybdenum, and no less than 0.05% carbon. Incoloy 909 can be formed by different cold and hot working methods, such as deep drawing, press forming and stamping.
INCOLOY945X is suitable for various applications requiring both high strength and corrosion resistance. Due to its resistance to sulfide stress corrosion cracking and stress corrosion cracking in H2S-containing environments, the alloy has been used in oil and gas components for downhole and surface gas wells, including SSSVs, MWE/LWD tools, liners Hangers, packers, blowout preventer components, etc.
